Dr. George Toto is a visionary leader and a passionate advocate for education and community development. He is the President and CEO of the Quelmin Toto Rural Education Foundation and Board member at Cepres University, Liberia, where he strives to make a positive impact on the lives of young people through the education system. Dr. Toto holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management from Grand Canyon University as well as an MBA in Management, a Master of Project Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from DeVry University. In addition to his academic credentials, he holds a graduate certificate in Financial Analysis from Keller Graduate School of Management. Dr. Toto has a comprehensive background in Program Management. He also held key positions within major financial institutions, including Bank of New York Mellon, PNC Bank, and Bank of America. As a leader, his extensive experience provides him with valuable insight. Dr. Toto research interests include global economy, international business, organizational behavior, project management, strategic management, leadership, financial management, housing policy, conflict management, and marketing management. This reflects his commitment to broadening his horizons and fostering innovation. Dr. Toto's leadership extends beyond his professional responsibilities. In addition to serving in prominent positions within numerous community and national organizations, he has been Chairman of the Union of Liberian Associations in the Americas, National Vice President of Liberian Lutheran Associations in the Americas, Media Analyst for Liberian Public Radio and Television Network, and Panelist for the Gabriel Bacchus Matthew Lecture Series, which promotes and advocates for good Governance and Human Right in Liberia. His accolades, including the Academic Excellence Award, Lifetime Service Award, and Outstanding Community Leadership Award, underscore his unwavering dedication to service and excellence.
