Education, technology, and civism: The ETC principle in gifted education for twice exceptional students

This workshop aims to explore and debate a three-pronged approach in gifted education for 2E students. Different views regarding the technological support provided and the social context in which the special needs of 2E students are met are especially sought. Comparison between different local and national programs would enhance the overall perspective.
